Dawn Redmond

Dawn Redmond is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking and business lending. Currently serving as the VP, Commercial Banking Officer at Heritage Bank NW since July 2022, Redmond previously held the position of VP, Business Lending Officer at iQ Credit Union from June 2017 to July 2022, specializing in owner and investor property financing. Earlier experience includes roles as AVP, Credit Analyst and Assistant Vice President for Commercial Real Estate at Columbia Bank, as well as various positions at West Coast Bank, including AVP of the Commercial Real Estate Division and Credit Analyst. Dawn also worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Trammell Crow Residential and as an Accountant at Guardian Management. Redmond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
