Phil Bridge

Phil Bridge has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on credit administration. Phil began their career at Pacific Continental Bank in 2008 as a Credit Analyst and quickly moved up to become an AVP, Commercial Banking Officer in 2010. Phil then took on the role of Senior Credit Analyst before being promoted to SVP, Commercial Banking Manager in 2013. Phil also worked at U.S. Bank as a Credit Officer in 2012. In 2017, they joined Scott Valley Bank as SVP, Senior Credit Administrator before moving to Heritage Bank NW in 2018. At Heritage Bank NW, they held the roles of SVP, Senior Credit Officer and SVP, Regional Credit Officer.

Phil Bridge holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Portland. Phil completed this degree in 2014. From 2016 to 2018, they attended the Pacific Coast Banking School, where they graduated with honors and published a management paper. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, Phil Bridge earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Portland.
