Wayne Kerris

Wayne Kerris is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen management and culinary services. Currently, Wayne serves as the Executive Sous Chef at Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club since May 2022, following a tenure as Sous Chef at Oakes Farms. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Seascape at Naples and Executive Sous Chef at Unidine, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff management. Wayne also held the position of Director of Culinary Services at Aston Gardens, where a new menu cycle implementation significantly enhanced resident satisfaction.
