Eoin Hegarty

Eoin Hegarty has extensive work experience in the cannabis industry, holding various leadership positions. Eoin is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Cannabis, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President Operations at Heritage Cannabis starting in March 2022. Eoin also held the position of Vice President Operations at the same company from January 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Heritage Cannabis, Eoin Hegarty was the Chief Operating Officer at Premium 5 from July 2020 to January 2021. Prior to their roles in the cannabis industry, they worked at Aurora Cannabis Inc. as the Director of Project Management West from June 2019 to August 2020. Eoin also held the position of Lead Project Manager from October 2018 to June 2019, and Project Manager from April 2018 to October 2018.

Before entering the cannabis industry, Eoin Hegarty had experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Eoin worked as a Senior Civil Engineer at Bennett (Construction) Ltd from August 2016 to January 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Harte Excavations from December 2015 to July 2016.

Eoin Hegarty's early career involved engineering roles at John Holland, where they served as a Civil Engineer from September 2014 to September 2015. Eoin also held the positions of Project Engineer from January 2014 to September 2014, and Site Engineer from September 2012 to January 2014.

Eoin began their engineering career at Sage Contracting, where they worked as a Civil Engineer from November 2011 to September 2012. Their early experience also includes a role as a Student Engineer at Cork County Council from May 2009 to September 2009.

Eoin Hegarty obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from University College Cork, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued the same degree in Civil Engineering at Munster Technological University.
