Michael Zerebeski

Michael Zerebeski is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Heritage Cannabis since December 2021, Michael previously held roles such as General Manager at Hastings Racecourse & Casino and Human Resources Manager at both Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and The Hilton Grand Vancouver. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Michael has developed expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation, alongside hands-on experience in various HR functions, including compensation and employee wellness programs. In addition to these roles, Michael has actively contributed to the community as a volunteer with Squamish Fire Rescue. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from Hamline University and furthered education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
