Chuck Collard

Chuck Collard has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chuck currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Heritage Christian Services, where they focus on improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. Prior to this role, Chuck co-founded the Courage of Carly Fund in 2000 and generated over $5 million in funding for cancer research and support programs. Chuck also served as a Board Member at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute from 2000 to 2019. Chuck's previous experiences include being the Vice President of Operations at Advanced Care Physical Therapy, a Business Consultant at Athenex Pharmaceuticals, and the Director of Customer Experience at Independent Health. Chuck also held managerial positions at Verizon Communications, Bell Atlantic Corporation, and NYNEX Communications. Throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated leadership in operations management, fundraising, strategic planning, customer experience, and team supervision.

Chuck Collard attended Elon University from 1984 to 1989, where they earned two bachelor's degrees. Chuck obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from 1985 to 1989, and another Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from 1984 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Chuck Collard has also obtained additional certifications. In January 2018, they became a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through Collaborative Safety. In June 2008, they obtained a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International.
