Grace Hoeflein BSN, RN, is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in neonatal care and support for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Supplemental Health Care since June 2023, Grace previously provided specialized care in a Level IV NICU at the University of Rochester Medical Center from August 2021 to May 2023. Grace's experience also includes working as a Direct Support Professional at Heritage Christian Services, focused on supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since March 2020. Prior roles include a Student Nurse Patient Care Technician at Rochester Regional Health and academic roles at Roberts Wesleyan University, where Grace tutored and assisted in teaching human anatomy and physiology. Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan University, earned in May 2021.
