Dianne Chamberlain, M. Ed., has a diverse work experience spanning various educational and community-based organizations. Dianne currently serves as the Associate Director of Employment Alliance at Heritage Christian Services, where they work on promoting positive employment experiences for disabled individuals. Prior to this role, they were a Quality Advancement Coordinator at the same organization. Dianne also has experience as an Employment Specialist, collaborating with businesses to hire and support disabled populations.

Dianne has a strong background in education as well. Dianne has worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rochester Educational Opportunity Center, Keuka College, Monroe Community College, Finger Lakes Community College, and Rochester Institute of Technology. Dianne Chamberlain, M. Ed. has a diverse education history. Dianne pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation & Leisure Services from SUNY Brockport between 1983 and 1985. Prior to that, they attended Hellenic College Holy Cross in 1982 and Genesee Community College in 1981, earning an Associate of Applied Science degree with a focus on Travel & Tourism. Dianne also attended Monroe Community College in 1980, although they did not obtain a degree from there. Later on, they furthered their education by attending the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2007, where they earned their Master of Education degree with a specialization in Education Curriculum & Instruction-Adult Education.
