Rynique Lucas

Rynique Lucas currently serves as an Academic Administrator at Simon Business School, University of Rochester, since February 2024 and is also a Team Member at JOANN Stores. Previously held roles include Community Habilitation Worker at Heritage Christian Services, focused on educating individuals with disabilities in life skills, and Self Direction Specialist at The Arc of Monroe, where Rynique managed a caseload of over 80 families while developing individualized plans and policies. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Recovery Coach at Monte Nido, Certified Personal Trainer at Rochester Athletic Club and Jefferson Family Medicine, Customer Service Representative and Cashier at Walmart, Appointment Coordinator at Rochester Regional Health, and Fitness Center Monitor at University of Rochester. Rynique holds a Master’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from CUNY School of Professional Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Rochester, and an Associate’s Degree in Health and Medical Science from Houston Community College.
