David Milligan, CIA has a extensive work experience in the financial industry. David served as the President & CEO of Heritage Federal Credit Union starting from January 2017. Before that, they held the position of Chief Risk Officer in the same company from January 2011 till October 2017.
Prior to joining Heritage Federal Credit Union, Milligan worked at Vectren as the Manager of Corporate Audit from January 2001 to December 2011. David also served as the Vice President of Stock Yards Bank & Trust from January 1997 to December 2000.
Milligan's career in the financial industry began at American National Bank, where they held the position of Senior Vice President from January 1977 to December 1997.
David Milligan obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana from 2002 to 2004. David later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Credit Union National Association and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification.
