Tim Coudret is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member and project management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Member Experience at Heritage Federal Credit Union since November 2009, Tim leads the Project Management Office overseeing corporate-level projects and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Electronic Services and Remote Services Manager, where responsibilities included managing electronic banking, card services, and call center operations. Prior to joining Heritage Federal Credit Union, Tim managed customer service and sales operations at Insight Communications and held multiple positions at Springleaf Financial Services, including Administrative Specialist and Collector. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southern Indiana.
