Douglas B. Blomberg

Douglas B. Blomberg is currently the CEO at HERITAGE HEALTH AND HOUSING INC. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Wesley House Family Services from June 2005 to December 2013. At Wesley House, they were responsible for directing planning, coordinating finances, contract administration, fundraising/development, and managing key personnel to obtain performance standards within the mission statement.

Under their leadership, Wesley House successfully completed two re-accreditations and became one of 1500 national agencies accredited through the Council on Accreditation. This process confirmed an enduring commitment to quality and adherence to best practice concepts of implementing the most practical and effective ways of delivering services and improving client results.

In addition, Douglas developed appropriate business models for the company that maintained a very strong balance sheet position while increasing cash positions and improving debt ratio annually. Thanks to their efforts, Wesley House was able to provide high-quality program services that met or exceeded the requirements of contracted or grant-supported programs.

Douglas B. Blomberg has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General and Accounting from St. Joseph University and the University of Albuquerque.
