Kristy Yoskey

Kristy Yoskey is the SVP of Clinical Strategies at Heritage Healthcare. Kristy has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kristy has a proven track record in improving clinical outcomes and reducing costs for their clients.

Kristy started their career as a Regional Vice President at HealthPRO Heritage. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of a number of skilled nursing facilities. Kristy was able to successfully improve the quality of care at these facilities and reduce costs.

In September 2016, Kristy was promoted to Vice President of Clinical Strategies + Consulting. In this role, they were responsible for helping their clients redesign care to meet the needs of healthcare reform. Kristy was able to successfully review performance metrics, data trends, and existing policies to identify areas of opportunity and develop best practices.

Kristy has been instrumental in helping their clients improve care transitions, implement IDT approaches, and develop niche programs. As a result of their work, their clients have seen improved clinical outcomes and reduced costs.

Kristy Yoskey has a Master's of Occupational Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. Kristy also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wheeling Jesuit University. Kristy is certified as an occupational therapy practitioner by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and is licensed in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Kristy is also certified as a Resident Assessment Coordinator-Certified Program by the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination.

They are on a team with Tony Barger - SVP, Quality Assurance & Compliance, Misty Broussard - Regional VP, Senior Living, Southwest, and Rob Ouellette - SVP, Operations, East. Their manager is John Heller, CEO.
