Justin Boydell has extensive experience in the hospitality and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Heritage Lifecare since August 2019, where responsibilities include national supplier account management, revenue generation, and project development. In previous roles, Boydell excelled as General Manager for multiple Rydges properties across Australia and New Zealand, managing operations, facilities, and significant revenue streams for hotels and resorts with varying capacities. Boydell has a strong background in overseeing complex operations, including senior positions at Rydges Darwin Airport Resort and Hotel, Rydges Capricorn Resort, and Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown. Educational qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Business Computing and completing higher school education at The Armidale School.
