Madeline Heavener

Madeline Heavener has a varied work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Media Assistant for Sports 4 All Foundation. Madeline then moved on to Heritage Medical Associates in 2016, where they worked as a Medical Assistant. In 2019, they joined Warby Parker as a CX Advisor. In 2022, they held three roles simultaneously, as an AI Research Assistant for DARVIS, a Graphic Design Intern for Q Prime South, and a Production Assistant for Collegiate Composites LLC. Her current role is Creative Intern for the Country Music Association (CMA), which they began in 2023.

Madeline Heavener has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Experiential Design from Belmont University from 2021 to 2024, a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Belmont University from 2014 to 2020, and an Advanced diploma from Blacksburg High School from 2010 to 2014. Madeline also holds certifications in Social-Behavioral-Educational Faculty and Staff Researchers - Human Subjects Research from CITI Program obtained in 2023, Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from American Heart Association, Child Abuse Pediatrics from Stewards of Children NKY, and QPR from Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network.
