Debra Greene, RN, RRT, BS, currently serves as the Director of Nursing at the LECOM Institute for Successful Aging since November 2022. With extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, Debra holds the position of Nursing Manager at Heritage Ministries since October 2016 and has provided specialized care with the RN Infusion Therapy and Pediatric Team at the Visiting Nursing Association of WNY since November 2020. Additional roles include Consultant at Diamond CC and Associates since May 2008 and previous management positions in respiratory therapy at various organizations, including Select Medical and Linde Healthcare. Debra's educational background encompasses degrees and certifications in nursing, business administration, and respiratory care from multiple institutions, including Jamestown Community College and Houghton University.

Heritage Ministries was founded in 1886 and has grown from its original campus in Gerry, NY, to six locations in New York with additional affiliations across the United States. As a not-for-profit provider of senior care and housing, Heritage is a leader in the industry, employing approximately 1,500 team members, and serving over 2,500 individuals annually. Heritage and its affiliates, Vinecroft Retirement Community, Ives Hill Retirement Community, Rolling Fields Eldercare Community, Hearthstone Communities, and The Kenney, provide rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, memory care, independent retirement housing, and assisted living. In addition, childcare is provided at two campuses, allowing for intergenerational programs.
