Andrew Lenhardt

Andrew Lenhardt is currently the Director of Human Resources at Heritage Petroleum, LLC, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director of Human Resources at the University of Southern Indiana from 2016 to 2021, where they were responsible for all HR management functions and supervised a staff of 19. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Director of Human Resources at Indiana University East, where they supervised a staff of four and integrated human resources management functions into strategic planning. From 2006 to 2014, they were employed at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they held various roles including Associate Director of Human Resources, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Lecturer, Human Resource Specialist, and Human Resource Assistant. In their roles, they were responsible for collective bargaining, position audits, criminal background checks, and training supervisors.

Andrew Lenhardt has a Master of Science in Public Administration and Policy Analysis from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2005-2006), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Specialization in Management from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2002-2004), and an Associates in Arts Degree from Southwestern Illinois College (2000-2002). Andrew has also obtained several certifications, including an Advanced Intercultural Management Certificate from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business (2019), an Employee Engagement Certificate from the Disney Institute (2018), a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Southern Indiana (2018), a Trauma-Informed Sexual Assault Investigation and Adjudication Certification from the National Center for Campus Public Safety (2017), a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer Certificate from the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College (2017), a Title IX Coordinator Certification from the National Association of College and University Attorneys (2016), and a National Incident Command Certification for Crisis Management, Response Plans and Incident Management from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (2008).
