Frank Ruiz has been working at Heritage Plastics, Inc since May 1986, currently holding the title of VP R&D. Prior to their current role, Frank worked as the President of Plastimin LLC from January 2005 to May 2012, where Frank focused on distribution and contract R&D for Heritage Plastics, Inc. Before that, Frank was the Technical Director at Heritage Bag Company from May 1986 to May 2009. Frank also worked at Monsanto as a Development Engineer from May 1985 to May 1986, and at Union Carbide Corporation as a Product Development Engineer from October 1979 to May 1985. Frank graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1976 with a BS in Chemistry.
