Joe Gass has extensive work experience in various industries. Joe started their career in 1982 as an Electronics Tech/Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) in the U.S. Navy. Joe served in several duty stations and was deployed with Seal Team Two aboard USS Hermitage. In 1988, they joined Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays as President & CEO. Concurrently, they also worked as a Public Speaker, starting in 1988. In 2009, they became President/CEO of BlueFire Signs & Graphics until 2014.

Joe Gass began their education in 1982 at U.S. Navy Electronics Schools, where they studied Electronics with a focus on Secure Voice Communications. Joe attended this institution until 1988. In 1983, Joe also enrolled in Naval Nuclear Power School & Prototype, where they pursued studies in Nuclear Engineering and Tactical Training for a year.
