Kathleen Simanski

Kathleen Simanski is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both property management and education. Currently serving as a Community Association Manager at Heritage Property Management Services since August 2023, Kathleen previously spent over a decade at Cherokee County School District in Georgia, where roles included Special Education Teacher, Resource Teacher, and Assistant Swim Coach from August 2011 to June 2023. Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) specializing in Early Childhood Special Education from Reinhardt University, completing the degree in 2009, and graduated from Etowah High School in 2004.
