Debbie Billings

Debbie Billings is a seasoned commercial property specialist and REALTOR® at Heritage Realty since November 2019, while also serving as an entrepreneur evangelist and problem solver in their self-employed ventures and J&D Partnership Properties since 2019. With extensive experience as a managing partner at J&D Partnership Properties since 1994, Debbie previously held the position of president at Graphic Creations, Inc. from July 1987 to December 2018. Debbie holds a B.A. in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, earned between 1984 and 1988, and graduated from Brentwood High School in 1984.
