Tammy Schafer

Tammy Schafer has a strong history of leadership in the senior living industry. Tammy most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Senior Living, LLC starting in May 2022. Prior to that, from August 2019 to May 2022, they held the role of Vice President of Operations at the same company. Before joining Heritage Senior Living, Tammy worked as the President/CEO at Saint Simeon's Senior Community from May 2018 to July 2019. Additionally, they held the position of Sr. Vice-President of Operations at Evergreen Senior Living Properties, LLC from January 2013 to April 2018.

Tammy Schafer has attended Oklahoma State University, Southern Nazarene University, and obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Nazarene University. Additionally, they have earned a Master of Science degree from Southern Nazarene University.
