Sandra Halstead

Sandra Halstead currently serves as the Director of Surgical Services at Heritage Valley Health System since December 2022, following a role as Operating Room Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Unit Director of Perioperative Services at Salem Regional Medical Center from June 2021 to January 2023, and Director of Surgical Services at East Liverpool City Hospital from July 2016 to June 2021. Sandra previously held the title of Endoscopy Nurse Manager at Heritage Valley Health System from April 2012 to July 2016 and was the Facility Administrator at The Surgery Center at Cranberry from August 2008 to March 2012. Earlier in the career, Sandra was a Nurse Manager at Three Rivers Endoscopy Center from 1996 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration Management from Robert Morris University and an ADN in Registered Nursing from Community College of Beaver County, as well as a Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Penn State Beaver.
