Dustin Warford

Dustin Warford has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at Heritage Bank of Commerce since July 2006. In this role, Dustin is responsible for achieving the bank's growth goals through its lending units and actively participates in budgeting and strategic planning. Previously, Dustin held several key positions at Heritage Bank, including Senior Vice President and RE Division President, effectively managing the largest lending unit and exceeding production goals. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Comerica Bank, where Dustin significantly surpassed loan and DDA balance targets. Dustin holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
