Karol Watson

Karol Watson is an experienced banking professional with a history of leadership roles in operations and loan management. Since February 2020, Karol has served as EVP/Operations Executive at Heritage Bank of Commerce, where responsibilities have included overseeing branch operations. Prior to this, Karol held multiple senior positions at Presidio Bank from April 2011 to February 2020, including EVP/Chief Operations Officer and SVP/Loan Operations Manager. Previous experience also includes significant roles at Tamalpais Bank, Greater Bay Bank, and California Bancshares, Inc., where Karol developed expertise in loan servicing and operations management. Karol is an alumnus of the Pacific Coast Banking School, having completed studies from 2019 to 2022.
