Mike F. began their work experience in 2018 at USC Gould School of Law, where they served as a Directed Researcher for Dean Scotten and a Taxation Research Assistant. Mike transitioned to NationsBenefits in 2019, starting as the Director of Strategy and Operations and working their way up to Vice President Client Services & Corporate Counsel before taking on the role of Senior Vice President of Executive Operations in 2022.

Mike F. completed their high school education at University School of NSU from 2008 to 2012. Mike then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Rhetoric at the University of California, Berkeley from 2012 to 2015. Following that, they attained a Doctor of Law - JD degree with a Business Law Certificate from USC Gould School of Law from 2016 to 2019.
