Sachin Vaidya

Sachin Vaidya has held various roles in the field of information technology and management. Sachin is currently serving as the EVP Chief Information Officer at Heritage Bank of Commerce. Prior to this, they held positions such as Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President of Information Security at the same company. Before joining Heritage Bank of Commerce, Sachin was the Co-Founder of Hellodesk Monterey Coworking Space. Sachin also served as a Board of Director at the Gateway Center of Monterey County. Sachin has significant experience in the banking industry, having worked as the SVP Director of Information Technology and Vice President of Information Technology at 1st Capital Bank. Sachin was also the President & Managing Member of Green Valley Hospitality, where they successfully managed a Holiday Inn Express franchise. Additionally, Sachin has worked in the European Investment Bank and Evergreen International Bank as a Vice President & Chief Technology Officer. Sachin began their career as an Information Technology Manager at Ontario-Montclair School and Ontario-Montclair School Employees Federal Credit Union. Sachin has a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership.

Sachin Vaidya's education history includes obtaining an Executive Leadership Certificate from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended the Pacific Coast Banking School from 2019 to 2021. In 2002 to 2004, Sachin pursued an MBA in Technology Management at the University of Phoenix.
