Tom Ellis

Tom Ellis has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Customer Service and Purchasing Manager at Herker Industries since July 2000. In this role, Tom manages customer service activities, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping, while identifying unprofitable product lines and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize pricing and design. Previously, Tom held positions as Engineering Manager and Operations Manager/Special Projects at Herker Industries, overseeing engineering, new product introductions, and the assembly division spin-off. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing at Koller Manufacturing, where Tom managed significant production, maintenance, and sales efforts. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
