Astrid Bongers

Astrid Bongers is a GZ-psychologist with extensive experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, currently working at Herlaarhof since July 2018. Responsibilities include diagnostics, treatment coordination, and providing therapy within the SGGZ for patients aged 0-18 years, with prior training in various clinical settings, including Helmond and Vught focusing on developmental disorders. Previously, Astrid served as an MST-therapist at Stichting Oosterpoort, assisting youths with severe behavioral issues, and conducted scientific research on modern technology in education at Stichting Vraagstelling. Other roles included psychological support in specialized education at Het Prisma and cognitive-behavioral work with children experiencing anxiety at Radboud University. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Psychology and Law and participation in an honors program at Radboud University.
