Chris Bianchet

Chris Bianchet is the current General Manager at Herman Integration Services, LLC. Prior to this, they were Sr. Vice President, Systems Integration at AVI-SPL from April 2008 to April 2012. There, they were responsible for sales and operations of 15 regional systems integration offices with 10 General Manager’s as direct reports. Sales responsibilities included forecasting, reviewing large project for financial viability and competitiveness and establishing quotas/accountability for 80+ sales people. Operational responsibilities included budgeting, P&L management, office structure and processes, inventory control and expense management. Chris also worked with Executive Management team to plan strategic expansion and new programs that were developed, including technical services group, centralized programming team, onsite solutions program, and service programs. Chris developed new sales compensation plan and successfully implemented program nationwide.

Before AVI-SPL, Chris Bianchet was Vice President, System Integration at Audio Visual Innovations from April 2001 to March 2007. And before that, they were Sales Engineer at Future Enterprises Inc from May 1995 to April 2001.

Chris Bianchet achieved a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
