Ryan Harvey

Ryan Harvey is a seasoned attorney with significant experience in various legal domains. Currently serving as the Lead Attorney at Herman Law since October 2022, Ryan leads a team dedicated to prosecuting civil actions against entities that have employed child abusers. Previously, from August 2001 to October 2022, Ryan was a Partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, where litigation encompassed securities, insurance, professional liability, and more, along with extensive experience in arbitration and trials. Earlier in Ryan's career, as an Associate at Cunningham & Treadwell from January 2000 to July 2001, representation included title companies in litigation, commercial landlords in unlawful detainer actions, and contractors in construction-related disputes. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from Brigham Young University.
