Megan Farr

Megan Farr is an experienced operations manager currently at Herman & Wallace Inc. since August 2019. Prior to this role, Megan served as the clinic manager at MultiCare Health System from July 2018 to August 2019, overseeing two immediate clinics in the north region of Seattle after transferring from Spokane, WA. With a background as practice manager at MultiCare Rockwood Clinic from December 2010 to July 2018, Megan led operations at a Digestive Health Practice prior to its acquisition by MultiCare in 2016. Megan holds a Medical Assistant Certificate obtained from Apollo College between 2002 and 2003.
