Dragana Nožica is a seasoned professional in community and experience design, with expertise developed through various leadership roles. As the Co-Founder of Hermanas since January 2019, Dragana has played an essential role in fostering a global network for women's growth. At KUNDAVI from February 2021 to January 2022, Dragana directed experience and programming, enhancing community engagement and hospitality experiences. Previous positions include Head of Programming at Restaura from January 2019 to January 2021, and management roles across multiple festivals, showcasing a strong background in event management and artist relations. Dragana's education from the School of Economics and Business Sarajevo further complements a rich career focused on community building and cultural enrichment.
