Theo Kinkel

Theo Kinkel has extensive experience in the cycling and flooring industries, currently serving as an Accountmanager at Hermann Hartje KG since October 2022. Prior to this role, Theo worked at Indecofloors from January 2018 to October 2022 as a ZZP, specializing in the sales and installation of flooring for both individuals and businesses. From March 2014 to January 2019, Theo operated as a Franchise Owner at Fietsen in Hoogeveen, managing a bicycle shop with a workshop. Earlier experience includes a position as a Retail Advisor in the bicycle sector at Kruitbosch from October 2008 to January 2013, where Theo provided consultation on store layout and shelving solutions. Theo began a career in the bicycle industry as the Owner of Kinkel Tweewielers from January 1990 until October 2008, leading a team of five before transitioning the business to a new owner.
