Following their time at Allstate, Robin joined Goosehead Insurance Agency as an Agency Owner, where they utilized cutting-edge technology to provide top-notch coverage options. Robin later worked as a Business Development Manager at Premier Group Insurance before assuming the role of Vice President of Sales at Hermann Sons Life. Currently, Robin serves as the CEO and President of Hermann Sons Life. Their extensive experience and leadership skills contribute to their success in the insurance industry.

Robin Czarnek has a diverse education history. In 1985, they attended East Central High School in San Antonio, Texas, where they completed their high school education. Robin then pursued further education in the insurance and securities fields. In 1997, they attended the Allstate Insurance Sales School, where they gained knowledge in insurance products. In 1999, they obtained their 6 & 63 Securities License from Phase One Securities Training, specializing in Variable Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Variable Annuities. Additionally, in July 1999, Robin obtained their Series 6 & 63 Securities License from FINRA. In 1990, they achieved a Property & Casualty License from the California Department of Insurance. Later, in May 2006, they obtained a Life and Health Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance. These additional certifications further solidify their expertise in the insurance industry.
