As the Director of Project Management, Steve provides leadership, vision and direction for all project management activities. He is responsible for continuously improving and enforcing the quality and effectiveness of project management practices and implementing them across the company. Steve also runs our internal training and internship programs. His leadership with these programs have given Hermanson the ability to find fresh, new talent to bring on board as well as ensure that our current employees are placed in the right positions that focus on their strengths and talents. Steve hires the right people and prepares them to be competent in the “Hermanson way”. He aids in building a culture of competency and customer satisfaction by assuring that Hermanson has a constant supply of talented, top notch project professionals to meet our clients’ needs now and in the future.
