Boris Szymorek

Boris Szymorek is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Hermès since June 2021, Boris leads HR initiatives for the MRTW division and reports directly to the General Manager. Prior to this role, Boris held a similar position at International Flavors & Fragrances, managing HR and employee relations for approximately 300 employees. Earlier career highlights include serving as an International Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at AbbVie, as well as various recruitment and marketing roles at companies such as Énergie Cardio and Huxley. Boris holds a Global BBA from NEOMA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
