Karolina Matysiak

Karolina Matysiak is an experienced HR and project management professional currently serving as a Consultant in Technical Development - Workforce Management at Hermes Fulfilment DACH since June 2025. Prior to this role, Karolina worked at Barry Callebaut Group from November 2020 to June 2025 as a Product Owner and Global HR Solutions Project Lead, overseeing the worldwide implementation of Time & Attendance Management Solutions across multiple countries and continents. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior People Service Partner and HR Service Partner at Nordea, where responsibilities involved implementing SAP modules and managing HR processes for a large employee base. Karolina's career began in 2006, with roles in personnel management and service coordination at Fiolet PDK S.A. and Una Vi House Sp. z o.o., respectively. Karolina holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Lodz and has completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Technical University in Lodz.
