Chris Darroch

Chris Darroch is an experienced professional in the commercial property sector with over 20 years in fund management. Currently serving as Executive Director at Federated Hermes - International since December 2009, Chris oversees the BTPS UK £4 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Chris co-founded Carrick Property Investment Managers in early 2009, aiming to capitalize on market opportunities. Previously, Chris worked at Aberdeen Asset Management as Fund Director, managing a local authority pension scheme that significantly grew in value. Earlier positions include Managing Director at Caledonian Land and Fund Manager at Scottish Amicable Investment Managers, along with foundational experience as a Surveyor at Richard Ellis.
