Ranjith Kler

Ranjith Kler is an experienced professional in the investment and change management sectors, currently serving as Director - Global Responsible Investment Business Management at Federated Hermes Limited since March 2023, with a focus on ESG data quality, business management, and vendor management. Prior to this, Ranjith was Director of the Global ESG Change Programme at Federated Hermes from October 2020, leading the firm's global ESG product strategy. Previous roles include Programme Manager for the Global LIBOR Transition at Schroders and Senior Project Manager for Global Institutional Strategic Initiatives at Fidelity International. Ranjith's career also includes project and change management positions at Tesco PLC, M&G, and Ashoka. Ranjith holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the University of Delaware and an MBA in International Business from American International College.
