Don Kaderbek

Don Kaderbek has an extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Don has held various leadership positions in major companies such as SpaceX, Blue Origin, and Relativity Space. At SpaceX, they were the Senior Director for Launch Operations and Test and Launch Operations, overseeing the launch teams and testing of spaceflight hardware. Don also served as the Director of Falcon 9 Test Operations and Director of Texas Test Operations, responsible for the testing and integration of Falcon 9 hardware. Prior to SpaceX, they worked at Blue Origin as the Director of Testing and Inspection and later as the Senior Manager for Alabama Test Operations. Don was also a Test and Launch Consultant at Relativity Space before becoming the Vice President for Test and Launch. Don Kaderbek's earlier experience includes roles in Gulfstream Aerospace, LSINC, Dynetics Inc., SAIC, and the United States Air Force, where they held various test and management positions, commanding operational support squadrons and flight test squadrons. Don is a distinguished graduate of the USAF Test Pilot School and has received recognition for their contributions to the field of flight testing.

Don Kaderbek received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Don later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Alabama, completing their studies from 1993 to 1999. In 1997, Kaderbek attended the United States Air Force Test Pilot School for a course in Flight Test. Don furthered their education by completing correspondence courses in Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy at the USAF Air War College in 2005, as well as Air Science/Airpower Studies at the USAF Air Command and Staff College in 2003. Additionally, Kaderbek attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in residence at Ft Leavenworth, KS, during 2003 and 2004 to study Leadership.
