Justin Arredondo

Justin Arredondo has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industry. Justin is currently working as a Senior Quality Engineer at Hermeus since June 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded Twisted Treatery, LLC in June 2020, where they served as the Chief Creative Officer. Justin also worked at Terran Orbital Corporation as a Quality Engineer Level III from January 2023 to June 2023. Before that, they had roles at Relativity Space, SpaceX, SQA Services, Inc., AC&A Manufacturing, and Bodycote. At Relativity Space, they held the position of Sr. Quality Specialist and Quality Specialist II, focusing on inspection, between August 2021 and November 2022. At SpaceX, they worked as a Quality Assurance Level III for Dragon Spacecraft and Sub Assemblies Falcon 9 from July 2020 to August 2021. Justin was also involved in supply chain engineering, process improvement, and surveillance from October 2018 to October 2019. At SQA Services, Inc., they served as a Quality Lead from March 2017 to October 2018. Justin worked as a Quality Control Specialist on a short-term contract at AC&A Manufacturing from October 2016 to March 2017. Justin Arredondo's earliest work experience was at Bodycote, where they worked as a Process Planning and Quality Specialist, focusing on the heat treatment and thermal processing of aluminum alloy. Justin held this position from October 2011 to June 2014 and had additional responsibilities as an ISO 14001:2004 Internal Auditor and SSi Programming Certified.

Justin Arredondo's education history includes an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Fullerton College, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they graduated from La Habra High School with a diploma in 2002. In 2016, Justin enrolled in El Camino College and is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Justin has obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they completed the Project Engineering- Project Manager Training Series at CPMCA. Justin also completed the Risk Management- Project Manager Training Series at the same institution in May 2019. Furthermore, Justin holds the IPC J-STD-001 Certification CIT from OMNI TRAINING CORP., which they obtained in May 2023. Justin has also acquired the IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronics Assemblies Trainer Certification from the same institution in February 2023.
