Madhu Mathihalli

Madhu Mathihalli has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1999, Madhu worked as a Software Consultant for Oracle Corp, then as a Software Engineer for IBM Global Services, and then as a Software Consultant for BMC Software. In 2000, Madhu worked as a Project Lead and Sr. Software Engineer for Hewlett Packard Co. From 2007 to 2011, Madhu was the Director of Engineering and MTS at Kosmix. From 2011 to 2016, Madhu was the Sr. Director of Customer Acquisition & Retention at Walmart eCommerce. From 2016 to 2020, Madhu was the CTO & Co-Founder at Passage AI, which was acquired by ServiceNow. Since 2020, Madhu has been the Director, Machine Learning at ServiceNow and Co-Founder at Hermis, Inc.

Madhu Mathihalli received a B.E. in Computer Science from the University of Mysore between 1992 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended Basel Mission from 1981 to 1990.
