Mandy Blackburn

Mandy Blackburn is an experienced English Language Arts teacher at Stanfield Secondary School since August 2018. Additionally, Mandy has been working as a Swim Lesson Instructor/Supervisor at City Of Hermiston Parks and Recreation since June 2014, teaching children starting from six months of age. Mandy also serves as a substitute teacher at various school districts since 2011. Mandy holds a Master's in Art Education and Teaching from Eastern Oregon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Brigham Young University.
