Kirsten Foster

Kirsten Foster is an experienced educator currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Hermosa Beach City School District since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as PM Kindergarten Teacher at Redondo Beach Unified School District, where Kirsten designed engaging lessons for 24 students, and as a 2nd Grade and 2nd/3rd Grade Combo Teacher at Orange Unified School District, focusing on differentiated learning for 28 students. Earlier positions include teaching 1st grade at South San Francisco Unified School District and directing education at Sprout Up, where Kirsten developed a science curriculum for 1st and 2nd graders. Kirsten's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Teaching from the University of San Francisco and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in History and Education from the same institution.
