Nicole Schaum

Nicole Schaum is an Associate Attorney at Hernandez & Associates, P.C. since July 2023, with prior experience as an Attorney at Arkansas Justice Collective from October 2020 to July 2023. During the tenure at Arkansas Justice Collective, significant accomplishments include submitting over 90 filings for various immigration statuses, successfully achieving approvals on previously denied I-912 waivers, and representing clients in asylum cases. Additional experience includes legal externship at ACLU of Arkansas and a fellowship at Arkansas Access to Justice, where research efforts contributed to advocacy for a rent assistance program. Nicole Schaum holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Appalachian State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Bakery Science from Kansas State University.
