Christy Harris (USAF, Ret.) is currently serving as a Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Advisor at Herndon Solutions Group, beginning in August 2025. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Christy has held several prominent positions including Director of Talent Acquisition at FEAM AERO, Manager of Talent Acquisition for Space & Airborne Systems at L3Harris Technologies, and Lead Technical Recruiter at Space Exploration Technologies. Prior to these roles, Christy worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Level 3 Communications and served in the United States Air Force as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, retiring after over 20 years of honorable service. Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, an Associate's in Applied Science in Information Technology, and an Associate's in Applied Science in Human Resource Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
