Jen M. Bailey

Jen M. Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and education. Currently serving as the Functional Management Team Lead and NEPA Specialist at Herndon Solutions Group since March 2022, Jen supports NEPA and Natural Resources projects for NASA. Previous positions include Coordinator at Western Colorado Alliance and Science Educator at Outschool, where Jen taught K-12 science and tutored AP Biology. Jen has also worked as an Ecologist and V&V Report Author at LMATA Government Services, contributing to NEPA documentation and land-use proposals, and as a Field Scientist at Terracon, focusing on NEPA compliance and wetland delineation. Additional experience spans roles in urban forestry, science education at The Dallas Arboretum, and environmental education initiatives with Great Seed Bomb. Jen holds a Master of Science in Environmental Geography and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas, as well as a Land Use and Environmental Planning Certificate from UC Davis.
