Claus Hoelgaard Noer has extensive experience in IT support and consultancy, currently serving as an IT-medarbejder at Herning Vand since August 2019. Previous roles include IT-teknisk support at MediaConnect, IT and tele positions at Rigspolitiet and Midt- og vestjyllands politi, and various IT and ESDH consultancy roles at Struer Kommune, where responsibilities included webmaster duties and E-Doc consultancy.
