Paul Abbott is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in Salesforce and commerce disciplines, currently serving as SVP at Hero Digital since June 2021, where leadership of a 25-member team and mentoring for skill enhancement are key responsibilities. Paul has previously held senior roles at Tata Consultancy Services and Capgemini, architecting Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions, and leading application development at Avery Dennison. With a strong academic background, including an MBA and ongoing doctoral studies in project management, Paul Abbott also contributes to academia as an adjunct professor at both Lake Erie College and Notre Dame College, developing curriculum and online content for various courses throughout over a decade of teaching experience.
